Vendor Registration
ePMX provides a vendor registration page as a way to allow vendors to register in your system and to provide basic vendor information and notes. The Vendor Registration page will display vendor instructions and will require entry of a Vendor Name, Contact Name1, Contact Phone 1, and Contact Email1. Vendors will also be able to access the Notes tab to provide additional information. The Common Corporation and Vendor Code will be auto-populated on the displayed vendor window for a new vendor.
After a vendor has registered and established a Login Id and Password, the vendor can continue to login and modify the basic vendor registration information. Vendor Registration and Login do not allow access to all of the Vendor record information fields - only basic information fields.
